It represents worldwide patterns in academia in capacity enhancement, mobility of individuals and keeping in mind the future. Transnational education is regarded as the <\/span>service of education on global scale <\/b>or on a cross border level <\/span>involving educational institutions or students and academicians of more than a single nation. <\/b>It also makes higher education programs more accessible to learners regardless of location of the granting institutions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Transnational higher education serves different purposes in different countries. The benefits of transnational delivery include:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Domestic capacity building at the institutional level.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Competency building on part of educators and students.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Broader student choice for students to overcome real and\/or perceived local constraints.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    TNE can take three forms:<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. People mobility-based education: a person can go abroad for educational purpose.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Program mobility-based education: an educational program can go abroad or vice-versa.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Institution mobility-based education: an institution or provider can go or invest abroad for educational purposes, establishing a physical or virtual presence.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The trend and data points suggest adopting a TNE Model by 1<\/span>st<\/span> party will be in line with market trend and demand with respect to availing international education opportunities by the students in alignment with 1<\/span>st<\/span> party\u2019s goals.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
